Natural materials have been used in the design of the resort including fibres, rattan, and also indigenous lava stone throughout the gardens. Designed in a modern Mauritian style, the timber roofing is steep-pitched, similar to traditional Creole homes, to protect from the vertical rays of the sun.

Life is simple at Anahita with a myriad of services on offer to guests such as 24-hour concierge and a butler for every 4-5 residences. The butler can arrange anything necessary to ensure a pleasant holiday for guests, from stocking the refrigerator and pantry to arranging a private beach picnic, an island tour or day excursion, as well as serving you a complimentary breakfast in the privacy of your own residence.

Anahita has a variety of dining options ranging from gourmet dinners to simple refreshments. The restaurants Origine & Bliss serve cuisine inspired by the produce and flavours of Mauritius.

The Golf Clubhouse has a bar and grill with indoor and outdoor seating offering panoramic views of the 18th green and surrounding lagoon. For a sweet treat, freshly baked pastry, homemade ice cream or sandwich, the Café “Sugar” is ideal or enjoy refreshing drinks from the Bar.

From August 2009 the resort will be offering 3-5 bedroom villas in addition to the existing 70 residences

The three, four and five bedroom luxury Villas feature private swimming pools, contemporary fitted kitchens, large outdoor patios and gardens. Ranging from 331 square metres to 485 square metres the Villas are situated on the golf course and offer either a view of the lagoon or the beautiful mountains of Mauritius.

Private villa hosts are assigned to each villa in order to make your stay easy and enjoyable. The large contemporary kitchen will give you the flexibility to prepare a gourmet meal or alternatively you can dine in the restaurant or 'dial-a-chef' for the evening.
