Desroches Island Resort

This island paradise, a member of 'Small Luxury Hotels of the World', not only boasts 14 classified dive sites, but also seven miles of white-sand beaches.

Accommodation
The twenty spacious Junior Suites blend harmoniously into their tropical surroundings.

Overlooking the swimming pool and the sea and surrounded by coconut trees, Bar l'Amirante provides the perfect end to the day as you sip cocktails while watching the stunning sunset.

Recreation
The emphasis here is firmly fixed upon relaxation, whether around the pool or upon the beaches, although tennis, cycling and walks along the nature trails are more active pursuits that are also readily available.

For those interested in deep-sea fishing, the resort’s boat will whisk guests off to well-stocked waters, whilst the five-star PADI dive centre will introduce them to a veritable plethora of dive sites, the famous Desroches Drop one of the best in the Indian Ocean. Those who feel more comfortable snorkeling can join an excursion to the aptly-titled ‘Aquarium’.
